LBU: The TL;DR

So, what is this place?Think of Harvard or Oxford, but instead of making you smart with books (IQ), we teach you how to be smart with people (EQ). It's a university for emotional intelligence.

What's the vibe?We're basically Wakanda in the form of education institution, but for Canada and our Titanium is EQ. Our research and our graduates have a massive impact on the global economy and politics. We're a big deal.

Where is it?The campus is a giant castle that takes up ALL of Mount Royal in Montreal, Canada. No, seriously, look up Mount Royal on a map (whole green area). That's us. We own the mountain.

Is it all just studying feelings?No, there's regular degrees you can choose after studying EQ for 2 years (you'll get double degrees once graduated). And you can also join clubs. The most popular are Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, Figure Skating, Fencing, and the Debate Society (which gets... intense).

Is it like Harry Potter?Kinda. We have four Houses you get sorted into, but it's based on your psychological profile, not a talking hat. So yeah, basically Harry Potter for muggles with trauma.

Any fun stuff?We have huge events like the annual Winter Ball and super competitive inter-house tournaments for everything from sports to psychological warfare. Kidding. Or are we?

Can I get in?Probably not lmao. The acceptance rate is 3%. It's also crazy expensive—most students are heirs and industry kids. But we do have fully-funded scholarships for the broke and brilliant.

Why Houses exist (and why this matters more than prestige)

Ivy League schools teach theory. Lovebridge teaches presence. What Makes Us Different?

Our distinct approach is woven into every aspect of the Lovebridge experience:

  • The B.A.E.R. Core Curriculum: All students embark on the mandatory two-year Baseline Aptitude in Emotional Regulation (B.A.E.R.) bootcamp. This intensive program is designed to build a solid foundation in Perception & Attunement, Emotional Regulation & Transmutation, Social Influence, and Emotional Systems. It is a rigorous journey of self-discovery and relational mastery.

  • Double Credentials, Tailored Pedagogy: After the B.A.E.R. bootcamp, students pursue a traditional B.A. in their chosen major—be it Psychology, Literature, STEM, or the Arts. However, this education is delivered through a unique, House-specific pedagogical lens. Our four Houses—Solenne, Ferelune, Vantrelle, and Mireaux—ensure that every student's learning is tailored to their unique temperament and emotional coping style. Graduates earn a double credential, merging emotional mastery with academic excellence.
